WoodCare Denmark´s basic philosophy is that the natural properties of the wood must be kept after cut down and manufacture. This requires a natural care and treatment that allow the wood to breathe and adapt the influence of the surroundings. Therefore, we have based our extensive wood maintenance product programme on natural oils and soaps which keep and enhance the natural qualities of the different kinds of wood.

WoodCare Denmark is very focused on offering the best and most environmentally friendly products.
Therefore, our products are tested and certified by the German Institute for Biological Building Materials (IBR) in Rosenheim. IBR analyses all kinds of products used in houses and they only certify their approval to products which meet the strict criteria of the institute, in consideration of the environment and human beings, both during production of the goods and when used. The products of WoodCare Denmark are approved in accordance with the German DIN 53 160 norm for use in living environments.
