DS/EN ISO 9001 and DS/EN ISO 14001
WoodCare Denmark is certified according to the following standards: ISO 9001: 2000 – the international standard for quality control; and ISO 14001:2004 – the international standard for environmental management. The quality- and environmental management systems ensure, that sales, supply, product development and production are conducted according to defi ned procedures and instructions known by all members of staff. ISO 9001 ensures that the defined quality of procedures and products is guaranteed – and therefore the products feature uniform quality. ISO 14001 takes into account all aspects concerning the environment. This applies to chosing raw materials, the internal environement, but also the handling of waste.
Furthermore, new targets for the improvement of quality and environment are set permanently.
